What do we do?
 
LH Massage MCR is a mobile clinic. We take the stress out of making your way to a base by coming to you. Mainly focussing on massage, exercise and self management, we work with you to get the best rehab outcome. 
We have specialist knowledge into Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu and Gymnastic injuries.

We also work with people outside of sport for regular maintenance and are able to advice about workplace ergonomics and set up.

We strive to help you become the best version of you: our hollistic approach means you are looked at as a whole person- mental, physical and emotional factors all considered.
